PUNISHMENT OF PERPETRATORS.

RUGBY, Oct. 22.
Germany's application, for the first time, of a system of hostages to the Allied Governments in London marks a further step in the recent tightening up of the German campaign of horror and brutality. A Prague announeement says that the relatives of the members of the Czech Government in London have been sent to internment camps . as a reprisal for acts of sabotage. This was
! answered last night by the Czech Fcreign Minister, Mr Masaryk, who warned the Prague authorities of the punishment in store after the war for the perpetrators of such acts of barbarity.
