A suggestion that the Minister for Defence consider ihe issue of a distmguishing badge for men who^ have served in the armed forces and who have been diseharged was. made by the Rev. P. L. Frost (Government, •New Plymouth), in notice of a question. Mr Frost added that a number of men, even men who. had served overseas, were suffering annoyance from people who had sent them anonymous lettcrs and white feathers in the belief that these men were avoiding military service.
