PARACHUTE DESCENT
AIRMAN FALLS FROM PLANE.

WELLINGTON, Oct. 20.
An official report states : — Slight concussion resulting in his admission to hospital was received by L.A.C. John Robert Tones when he fell from an aircraft during flying training at a South Island station yesterday afternoon. He descended by parachute and escaped sericus injury. His next-of-kin is his wife, Mrs E. Tones, 98 Wallace street, Wellington.
