The Boston eorrespondent of the Associated Press says that Eugene Wilson, president of the United Aircraft Corporation claims that Igor Sikorski and his staff have perfected a helieopter with a rotating wing. The aireraft is capable of ascending and descending vertically, moving sideways, forwards or backwards, and hovering under complete control. It can be built with the body of a small car, and the owner could use it as a business car or as an aero- [ plane when distance warranted. j
