LO'HDON, Oct. 14.

The British Government will ask the Swiss Government to o-btain full information regarding a radio report that a war prisoners' carnp was burned out in the R.A.F. raid on Kiel, says the Daily Telegraph' politieal correspondent. If the report is officially confirmed, a strong protest will be made against the deliberate placing of prisoners near military o-bjectives. German propaganda has- suggested the -possibility of the general transfer of prisoners to areas where R.A.F. raids were likely. 17
