LIBERTY LOAN
MARLBOROUGH TOTAL £4800. After three days of the Second Liberty Loan the total Marlborough investments stand at £4800. The first day brought in £1390. There were no investments at all on the second day and yesterday £3410 worth of stock was taken up by local investors. Apparently the movement is gathering some momentum and increased applications will come in later but some disappointment is being felt at the response to date. V —
