LONDON, Oct. 11.
India's August munitions output was a record, says The Times's New Delhi correspondent. It included 17 new categories of shells, bombs, explosives, and a record amount of special alloy steel. These figures were achieved despite the Congress Party disturbances and the fact that steel works were dislocated by strikes. 17
