PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, the Rating Act, 1925, and Acts amending the sarne, that it is the intention of the Waihopai Rabbit Board, at its meeting to be held at its office, Springlands, Blenheim, on FRIDAY, the 30th day of October, 1942, at 2 p.m,, to make and levy a GENERAL RATE of one penny farthing per acre on 134.835 acres, being the total area of property as appearing in the Ratepayers' List now in, force for the said district. Such rats to be for the period commencing on the lst day of April, 1942, and terminating on the 31st day of March, 1943. The said rate to be due and pavable in one sum on the 31st day of October, 1942, at the Office of the Board, Springlands, Blenheim, where the Ratepayers' List is now open for inspection.
