INTERNEES IN JAPAN.
PERMISSION TO WRITE LETTER S.

LONDON, Oct. 10.
Tokio radio announced that enemy and neutral civilians interned or living in Japan or Japanese-occupiecl territory may write letters abroacl, commencing on Octotber 12. The letters must be written in Japanese and will be sent to the International Red Cross, Geneva, which will translate and forward them.
