It is tmderstood that the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Mr Hirota, and the Minister for the Navy, Admiral Osumi, have deeided to send navai technical experts to London to advise the Ambassador, Mr Matsudaira, thus enabling him to participate in the Naval conversations on an equal footing with the English and American delegatiQns.
