(Received. June 26, 7.20 p.m.) HAVANA, June 25. The Secretary of State, Senor Ccsme de la, Torriente announced today that all the members of the Cuban Cabinet had handed their resignations to President Mendieta to permit the President to exercise a free hand in reorganising Cabinet. The President re-appointed all but four members of the Cabinet to-day. The Secretary of the Treasury, Senor Joaquin Saenz, the Secretary for Justice, Dr Carlos Saladrigas, the Secretary of the Presidency, Senor Emererio Santovenia, and the Secretary for Public Instruction, Dr Jcrjemanach, refused to return. Senor Augustin Eccsta was appointed Secretary of the Presidency, but the others have not been repia eed.
