(Received June 26, 8.25 a.m.) TOKIO, June 25. Referring to rumours of a massed flight of naval planes to the mandated islands, the Navy spokesman 'said such a, flight was contemplated, but had not been finally decided on. He added that Italian and American seaplanes had made lengthy flights and for that reason it might be advisable for Japan to do likewise.
