The Sandwich soores include: -Cotton 66, a course record, E. Whitcombe 73, Eaisterbrook and Jolly 74, Alliss, Kirkwood, and Dailey 75, Shute, Robson, Twine, and Gadd 76, Dr Carew Nott (of Adelaide), Lister, and Hartley 79, Ray 82. The Deal scores include : D. Martin 70, Bert Gadd and Boomer 71, Rodgers 72, King, Padgham and C. Whitcombe 74, MacDonald-Smith and Sarazen 75, Compston, Mitohell, and Perry 76, Boum 78, Duncan 80, Woollam 82, Havers and Mich,ael Scott 83, Wallace 86. Weather favoured low scores, there being no wind. t The critics and Cotton himself agree that he played the best round of his career. His 66 is twelve below taogey for the 6770 yard course. Sarazen is still favourite for the title. .
