The: Times says: "Though the German delegation arrives on June 25 or June 26 to discuss* a settlement of the debts problem, the Goveimment intends to push on with the emergency legislation countering the Reichsbank's action. It is hoped to complete' its passage by June 28, after which it will be held in suspense t-ill July 1, enabling an opportunity for a settlement in the meantime.
