Following the failure of his reeent expedition, when, his aeroplane was: wrecked by the ice, Mr Lincoln Ellsworth expects to leave in September to attempt another flight acrosS the Antarctic Oontinent, with Mr Bernt Balc'hen ,as pilot. He hopes to fly from Deception Island southward to Weddel sea and thence eastward over the continent to the Bay of Whales and make contact with his supply ship.
