Press Association Telegram.
WESTPORT, Nov. 15. Speaking at 10,30 last night, Mr H. E. HoJland (the Labor Leader) said "Tt is tco' early so far to say anything with respeet to the position throughout New Zealand, but it looks very much on the face of it as if the Coates Government is dooined to gq out, and 1 can see in the end. a junction of both the Reform and Liberal Parties. However, it belongs to the future, and to-morrow we will know better than we know at the present tirne. The situation throughout New Zealand up to the present shows that we have regained some nine seats we lo.&t- in 1925, It is gratifying to fxnd Mr R, Semple cpming back into the House, and to sce the figures of others winning seats in the election." Mr Holland t-xpresscd appreoiation. for the way Mr Robertson had kept person alities out of his line of conduct, which he (IMr Holland) appreciated very much. Mr Robertson also returned thanks.
