(Reeeived Nov. 14, 7.25 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13. The Times's Paris correspondent Atates that two extended naval cruises in 1929 r.re announced by the Minister for Marine. The most niodern ships will be sent. i The Duquesne is going round Africa, while the Tourville, starting in the spring, will include the New Hebrides and Australia.
