Triggs, a New Zealand Inegislative- Councillor, in a 'let-ter to The Times, suggests ihat the Imperial Conference ishould consider redueing the nowspaper postage to a uniform rate of a pcnny, irrespective of weight, He says that this would be heiffeficial not only to British trade, but would offer the best means of spreading a wider knowledge of the Erhpire and of strengthening the oomnion ties of sympnth'y and affection.
