(Received Sept, 30, 8.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 29. Next week the Chicago, Milwaukee, and St. Paul Railroad, with 11,000 miles of track, will be submitted to auction. Since the war this railway has been operated at a financial loss, and the auction is part of proeeediugs conneeted with its bankruptcy. .1 udge Wilkcrson , under whom the bankruptcy proceedings were conclncted, ruled that the auctioneer must not accept less than £25,000,000 for the property.
