(Received Sept. 29, 5.5 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept, 28. Many thoUsand farmers demonstrated throughout Japan to-day protesting against the landlords' alleged oppression. The leaders of the Proletarian Youths Union were arrested on Satu rdoy in order to prevent the carrying out of the parade, but the plans for the arrests proved to be futile.
