ATHENS, Sept'. 29. The prosecution oi: Pangalos and other arrested Ministers has commenced. They are charged with promulgating: a decree bv which thre© officers. were hanged' after Pangalos' s coup. Tlie . MiniSter for Justioe has also applied for the committal of the judges who tried and condemned the officers, on the ground that. it was a judieial murder. The prosecution urged that Pangalos and liis Monsters were guilty of high treason, as tlie regime had never been recognised constitutipiially, inasmueh as Pangalos had suppressed the means by which it might h© reoognised.
