(Received Sept. 29, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, Sept. 28. The body of Luiz Delara, aged 26, the Spaniard who made the mysterious attempt to swim the Cbannel from Gris Nez on September 20th, was recovered at Wimeireux. Two men saw Delara enter the water and later a paroel was found with a note : "I've gone to try to cross the Channel unescorted. Kindly return the clothes to E'xcelsior Restaurant, where I work."
