AUCKLAND, Sept. 29. Mr Justice Herdman admitted Rayinoncl Ernest Parkinson, aged 19, for breaking and ent.ering and thef t at Opotiki, to two years' probation on condition of restitution. Margaret Barker, for forgery at Auckland, was sentenced to two yeats ' reformative treatment. The prisoner was carried out shrieking. Arthur Francis Olsen, for forgery on a wholesale ?cale, was sentenced to twelve months' hard lahor, foH'owed by twelve months' reformative treatment.
