Sporting Life says: — "Mr Mair's complaint regarding Leogue methods in England is further evidence that the time has arrived for the Home and Dominions Unions to confer and agree unanimously regarding the methods of play. Trouble is bound to arise unless there is uniformity, in tho interpretation of the laws of the game."
