LONDON, Sept. 25. The Pori of Liverpool sanitary authorities' report for 1925 describes the dramatic rescu© of two men gassed by funies from New Zealand cheese aboard the Suffolk by men with smoke helmiets. The Suffolk had discharged the cheese at Glasgow. Six days later the second officer entered the lower hold at Liverpool and immediatcly became unconscjous. The first officer went to his aid and was also overcome. They wero rescued with difficutly by a • holme ted party. The report attributes the accident to the rise of temperature when refrigeration stopped at Glasgow, this causing an increase of gas from the cheese.
