"A KISS IN THE DARK: AT HIS MAJESTY'S TO-NIGHT.
The story of "Kiss in the Dark," the Paramount romantic comedy soreening at His Majesty's to-night, opens in Havana, where Menjou is in eharge of a large sugar plantation. Miss Rieh, as Betty King, ,is a- tnrt-ar-tious -married woman who, although in love with her husband, played by Kenneth MacKenna, sees no harin in a little t-ete-a-tete with Grenham (Menjou). Her indiscr-etions lea-d to a situation that is b-oth laughable and serious — laughable because of Menjou's anti.es when Betty's husband goes gunning for his rival never dreaming that he is Grenham, are positively the funni-est ever — and serious because- it threatens to bring about a break betwfe-en the- Kings and ruiu things in general for Grenham and Janet (Miss Pringle). I11 support will be scr-ee-n-ed a splendid two-reel comedy, Travelogue, and Gazette.
