LONDON, Sept. 25. As a result of consultations between tho Air Ministry and. an officer of the works it was decided that the project that Mr Cobhain sliould land 011 the Serpentine was impracticable. Enormous crowds would be bound to assemble in Hyde Park, which, being n Royal Park, cannot be fenced, and there would be serious risk of people being pushed into the water. Mr Cobhani, instead, will probably land on the Thames between Westminster aind Chelsea.
