Tiie Cologne Gazette says that it cjinnot change the. fact that the English are unable and unwilling sufficiently to help the French. . England's army cannot liberate the French from their present plight, much less attempt to drive the Germans.
The writer then dilates upon tho impossibility of beating Germany economically.
