The N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. report' holding their usual stock- sale at Soddon .yester-'1 day. The yarding was mp to this season's standard, but 'although the company cleared oil thoir entries with the exception of one pen,' buyers_ expectations were not in all cases realised, and a few pens were passed in at auction' and disposed of : pxi-, vately,: after'the. sale. .".
