There is usually "something good on" at FiiDcrs' on a Wednesday night, and the new programme announced for this evening appears to be no exception to this rule. The entire second haif of the performance will be occupied by tlie Mutual Film Corporation's four-part comedy-drama entitled "Her Shattered "idol," which features Mac Marsh and Robert Barren in a play that is alive with thrills and humor. The story represents a m°st interesting problem!. A , young girl makes a hero of the villageblacksmith, and declares she will '■*wiu-rry no other. How she is weaned' ■ from her folly" and how her' heart' co?nes back to her boy sweetheart i forms the thread of an. exceedingly interesting plot. "Her Shattered Idol" is fairly alive with humor, and' the scenes showing the lamentable efforts of the blacksmith to shine in society aro gems of mirth provoking: .comedy. Ono of tho most unique situations of all occurs in the lioroino's dream, in which she is the prize for 'hic'u two giant cave ttjou battlo to Lho death. The "star" is
supported in the first half by an exceptionally strong set of auxiliary films.
