that the statement is without foundation.

[The Donegal is an armored cruiser of the Monmouth class. She is of 9,800 tons, a speed of 23 knots, and carries fourteen 6-inch guns, eight 12-pnunders, ten pompoms, and three 3-pounder&. She is httcd with two torpedo tubes. 1
