[Press Association.] (Received June .25, 0.5 a;m.) NEW YORK, June 24. A crowd marched on the Miners' Union Hall at Biitte, where the '.president df the Western 'Federation of Miners ■was outlining a peace plan. They were fired on by the sheriff's -deputies. Three men were snot. One was killed, and another is believed to have been fatally wounded. A battle "is raging round the Union Hall, the insurgent miners firing from the tops of'buildings. Armed men proceeded to tlio Stewart Mine. "They boldly caa-riea boxes of dynamite, 'but the guns of the deputies- prevented their pladng an effective charge. Two heavy explosions occurred.
