LONDON, Feb. 7. While "the House of Commons was discussing the House 9f Lords' amendments to v the Scottish Temperance Bill a man in the strangers' gallery shouted out, protesting against the treatment of suffragettes in prison. He was ejected, vociferating wildly. Three other men were ejected later.
