WELLINGTON SESSIONS

WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. At the Supreme Court in an assault and robbery case John Condon and Thomas Donovan were, found guilty and William Henry Adams acquitted. In regard to Donovan the Judge said that he did not consider that the South African convictions were sufficiently clearly made out, but he thought that the conviction at Hobart was satisfactorily proved. Condon and Donovan were each sentenced to three years' imprisonment.
