LONDON STREET TRAFFIC.
OVERCOMING ITS DANGERS
LONDON, Jan. 23. The death' of the policeman who wa-s knocked down and killed^ by a motor 'bus in Ludgate Circus the other day, has brought a discussion as to how the great and growing dangers of London street traffic should be obviated.
i Among the many suggestions that have been made js one by Lord Montague, who advocates overhead footways, with moving staircases, and subways.
