(Received Feb. 5, 5.6 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 5. Referring to the King's inspection r,f the H.M.S. New Zealand, the Pall Mall Gazette says: "What an occasion it is for the monarch, captain, midshipmen, bluejackets, and marines aboard. The freewill offering from the most distant Dominion is a sign and symbol of a. tether. stronger than death, binding the distant lands of the British Commonwealth. Tho New Zealand goes to frreet the South Africans, Australians, and Canadians, in the name of their New Zealand brethren.''
