A feature of the celebrations in connection with the anniversary of? the Constitution was that numerous Turkish women were provided with! special accommodation to hear th<3 bandst and view the illuminations.
Four hundred prisoners, including thirty Armenians, compromised inj connection with the Adana massacres^ were pardoned.
