PARIS, Feb. 1. The president of the Chamber of Deputies announced that testimonies of sympathy for which Frenchmen were grateful were being received from all countries of the world.
Qlieensland's gift is warmly appreciated.
The Emperor Franz Josef has given £1000, Vienna £2000, and the Standard Oil Company £4000.
