THE PEACE NEGOTIATIONS.
London, March 31. Wessels, the peace delegate, interviewed, said he thought the negotiations would result in honorable and satisfactory, if not an ideal, peace. He declared that Kruger would approve. De Wet and Steyn have returned to Parys. Hitherto efforts to open negotiations have proved unsuccessful.
