SPIES IN ENGLAND.
DR. LEYDS 1 EMISSARIES.
London, January 8. Twenty - five English - speaking foreigners who are supposed to have been spies m the service of Dr Leyds, the official representative of the Transvaal Government m Europe, endeavoured to enrol themselves as members of Lord Ohesham's Yeomanry. They were unable, however, to prove their naturalisation as British subjects, and were therefore rejected.
