A REPREHENSIBLE ACTION.
Sydnby, January 3. Information has reached the Press Association of a reprehensible aotion on the part of the Sydney Health authorities unless the New Zealand Government was first consulted. It appears that one of the Nineveh's passengers, quarantined for smallpox, was placed aboard the Moana at the Heads outward bound, three days before the Health Offioer considered it tsafe to grant pratique to occupants m quarantine. The man m question booked to America.
