THE CAMP AT WELLINGTON.
A PRIVATE SERIOUSLY INJURED. Wellington, January 8. While at riding exeroise this morning two of the contingent— Privates Siquall (of Marton) and Chapman-— were thrown. SiquaU's injuries are not serious, only receiving a severe shaking. ' Chapman hails from Napier, and his horse fell on him. It is feared , his spine is injured. Later he was removed to tbe Wellington Hospital. It is expected the contingent will be ready to sail on the 15th.
