HENRY DODSON, Of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, will sell by Public Auction, at his Mart, Alfreclstreet, Blenheim, on Tuesday, the 28ih day of December, 1869, at Two p.m.,— ALL those Allotments or Parcels of LAND, situate in the Town of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, aforesaid, oach containing by admeasure ment One Rood (more or less), and being Allotments numbers forty-two (42), fortythree (43), forty-eight (48), forty-nine (49), fifty (60), fifty-three (63), fifty-four (54), fifty-five (55), fifty-six (56), fiftyseven (57), fifty-eight (59), fifty-nine (59), and sixty (60), on the plan of the said Town. Also, all that Piece or Parcel of LAND situate in the District of Omaka, containing by admeasurement One Acre, Two Roods, and One Perch (more or less), being Section number one hundred and seventy-four (174), on the plan of the said District, formerly a puilic road, and called by the name of Redwood-street, save and except thereout a ( iece of Land sixty-four (64) links wile, and two hundred and seventy links in length, and commencing at a distance of one thousand three hundred and sixty links from the North-eastern angle of said Section. And also all that piece or parcel of LAND situate in the District of Opawa, in the said Province, containing by esti mation Three Acres (more or less), being part of Section number forty-six (46), Opawa District aforesaid, bounded towards the East by the Opawa River; towards the South by other part of same section recently sold to one Archibald Paisley Stuart (236 links) ; and towards the West by said Section number 174.
