And notice is hereby given that any person who may wish to prefer any objection to the granting of such Letters Patent is hereby required, within four calendar months from the publication of this notice, to send to the office of John Boyle Bennett, Esquire, the officer appointed to recive the same, a statement in writing setting forth clearly the grounds of such objection, and subscribed with his proper name and address.
