And also all that piece or parcel of LAND situate in the District of Opuwa, in the said Province, containing by esti mation Three Acres (more or less), beiny part of Section number forty-six (46), Opawa District aforesaid, bounded towards the East by the Opawa River; towards the South by other part of same section recently sold to one Archibald Paisley Stuart (236 links) ; and towards the West by said Section number 174.
