WOOLLEN MANUFACTURE.

To the Editor of the Marlborough Express. SIE, —As I learn that Mr. Rayner intends to go over to England about Christmas next, it appears to me a very desirable opportunity for obtaining through him the requisite machinery for commencing the Woollen Manufacture in Marlborough, As, however, there is no organisation for the purpose of initiating such a desirable object, allow me to suggest the formation of a Company on the co-operative principle, in shares at so small a rate as will enable men of all classes to join it. I, for one, am desirous of taking a share, and believe many others will do the same. I am, yours, &c., Woollen.
