Lands for the Province of Marlborough, do hereby give notice that at Noon on THURSDAY, the 19th day of August next, the Allotments of Suburban Land and Rural Land set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, will be put up to Auction, and offered for Sale by Public Competition, at the Survey Office, Blenheim, in this Province, at the upset prices mentioned in the said Schedule, in accordance with the provisions of “The Marlborough Waste Lauds Act, 1867.” Ten per Cent, of the purchase money must be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder within One Month, or the deposit will be forfeited.
