DODSON Will Sell by Public Auction, at the Mart, Alfred-street, Blenheim, on Saturday, the 2Gth June, ALL that PIECE or PARCEL of LAND situate in the Town of Blenheim, and being Allotment No. 455 on the plan of the said Town, upon which land the “Marlborough News” Office now stands. Also, all that Allotment or parcel of LAND situate in the Town of Picton, containing One Rood (more or less), and being No. 727 on the plan of the said Town, with the buildings known as the old “ Marlborough Press Office” thereon.
