In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867 ; and the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868, and in the matter of the Deed of Arrangement of Joseph Dempsey, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, Saddler, "VTOTICE is hereby given that by Deed _|_Sl bearing date the 2nd day of April 1869, and made between Joseph Dempsey, of Blenheim, in the Province of Marlborough, and Colony of New Zealand, Saddler, of the first part; William Collie, of Blenheim aforesaid, Bookseller, of the second part; and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed,being Creditors of the said Joseph Dempsey, of the third part. The said Joseph Dempsey granted, conveyed, assured, and assigned all his real and personal Estate unto the said William Collie, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, UPON TRUST for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said Joseph Dempsey : And notice is .hereby further given that the said Deed was duly executed by the said Joseph Dempsey in the presence of and is attested by William McCaw Nelson, of Blenheim aforesaid, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the said Deed is also executed by the said Trustee : And notice is hereby further given that the Creditors of the said Joseph Dempsey are . hereby requested to signify their assent to or dissent from the said Deed by notice in writing, addressed to the said William Collie, the Trustee acting thereunder, within fourteen days from the date hereof.
