And notice is hereby given that any person or persons, who may -wish to prefer any objections to the granting of such Letters Patent, is hereby required, within four months of the publication of this notice, to send to the office cf John Boyle Bennett, Esquire, Registrar General at Wellington, in the Province •of Wellington, in the said Colony of New Zealand, (being the person appointed for ihat purpose under the provisions of “ The Patents Act, I 860,”) a statement in writing showing the grounds of such objection, and subscribed with the proper name and address of the person so objecting.
